We don’t have a team photo.
And honestly? It’s because we never stop moving long enough to take one.
We’re known for our logistics plans — detailed down to every 15 minutes.
We always schedule a team photo (usually after we’ve transformed from setup mode to event-ready).
But somehow, without fail, we’re never in the same place at the same time for more than two minutes.
Headsets on, running in different directions, making sure every moment flows exactly as planned.
And here’s the truth: even with all the prep, timelines, run-throughs, and checklists in the world…
Troubleshooting will always be part of this job.
Ask any planner — it’s the essence of what we do.
Because things happen.
And we fix them before anyone notices.
Most of the time, clients never know there was anything to resolve.
Guests? 99% of the time they’ll never notice a thing.
That’s the magic of a well-run event.
So no, we don’t have a team photo (yet).
But what we do have is a team that shows up, handles anything, and delivers exceptional experiences every single time.
