Bringing the ultimate Calgary Stampede experience to life with Uber Eats. 🤠🌵

To celebrate this year’s Stampede, we launched a multi-faceted influencer campaign showcasing how you can order almost, almost anything on Uber Eats.

From creators sharing their must-have Stampede essentials to an unforgettable hosted experience in Calgary, including a stay at the Fairmont Palliser, a custom hat-making atelier at Smithbilt Hats, and an A$AP Rocky concert, every touchpoint was designed to create authentic, memorable moments.

We also extended the experience with curated Stampede mailers filled with festival essentials like sunscreen, snacks, hand sanitizer, blister bandages, and more, reinforcing Uber Eats as the go-to destination for everything needed to make the most of Stampede.

Sundae Festival represents what we set out to create at Sundae Creative: meaningful platforms where brands don’t just show up, they connect with their audiences in authentic, memorable ways.

From getting charmed at the Uber Eats station and winning a few surprises along the way, to coffee breaks with Van Houtte Coffee and staying protected with Vichy Laboratoires sunscreens, every corner had something worth stopping for.

All of it came together at Hyatt Centric Montréal , with the perfect soundtrack to match thanks to a live performance featuring the UMUSIC Pop Girl Summer playlist. 🎶

From world premiere to major headlines. 💫

For the launch of OASIS immersion ‘s BODYVERSE, in collaboration with Univrse and XRoam, Sundae Creative led a targeted PR and influencer strategy to put the immersive experience on Montréal’s radar.

The launch brought together 60 guests, generated 140 pieces of content, and secured coverage across Global News, ICI Radio-Canada, La Presse and TVA+’s Salut Bonjour, resulting in over 29M media impressions.
