vibes and .naylove are holding an intimate ceremonial evening at the magical to explore self-love beyond expectations, beyond performance, and beyond romance.

We’ll begin in circle with reflections and cacao, gently awakening the heart. Then move into a curated ecstatic dance journey, inviting you to feel self-love in your body, your breath, and your energy. Finally, we’ll rest in a heart-grounding sound bath before closing the night with a circle of integration and connection.

This mini-set is inspired by an ancient Andean understanding of life as a fluid movement between worlds, unfolding as a sonic journey along the chakana (Andean sacred cross).

Guided by birds, the great cats, and the serpent, we move through the upper, middle, and lower realms—rising into spaciousness, grounding into embodied power, and spiraling inward toward renewal.

Let your body follow the steps, listening for what lifts you, what anchors you, and what draws you into the depths.

In ancient Mesoamerica, the rains were sacred—life itself depended on their rhythm.
 Tlaloc, the God of Rain, Storms, and Fertility, was both feared and revered—a fierce guardian of balance between life and destruction. His tears fed the crops, his rage brought the floods, and his presence reminded the Aztecs of the divine power within every drop of rain.

Water has always been our bridge to the unseen—carrying prayers, emotions, and memory. In Bodies of Water, we dance with the ancient guardians, creatures, and sacred rivers that still flow through us.

On September 15, we gathered at The Move in Toronto to dance as Bodies of Water, a live Ecstatic Dance journey through the sacred, emotional, and fluid realms.

Flowing through the Ganges, the Nile, the Rio Negro, and the stillness of ponds to the wildness of storms—guided by ancient water guardians like Oxum, Medusa, and Tlaloc, and carried by the whispers of whales, dolphins, and manta rays.

An offering to the wisdom of water: to cleanse, soften, and reconnect us with flow.
