Realizou-se um evento maravilhoso em Toronto, na Casa da Madeira — um encontro memorável que reuniu muitos participantes num verdadeiro espírito lusófono. Foi uma noite especial em que os artistas convidados deram o melhor de si no palco.

Juntos celebrámos os 50 anos da Independência de Cabo Verde com muita emoção. Houve partilha de sorrisos, palavras marcantes, abraços calorosos, músicas e histórias que nos fizeram reviver momentos do passado.

Um agradecimento especial ao Calu Dias, cujo poema "Menino Engenho" nos guiou numa bela viagem ao passado

As nossas meninas, Zuzu e Cassandra, encantaram com a sua dança ao som dos ritmos tradicionais. As vozes de Brendon Gomes, Deçio Gonçalves e Mena De Pina tocaram-nos profundamente, cada um com um talento único. Para fechar com chave de ouro, tivemos a nossa estrela da noite Suzanna Lubrano que brilhou com o seu Zouk cabo-verdiano, encantando todos os presentes.

Parabéns, Cabo Verde! E um sincero obrigado a todos que contribuíram para tornar este evento possível. Valeu a pena, e que venha o próximo!
