Meet Daniel 👋

Originally from Nigeria, Daniel joined the Provisions team two years ago after moving to Canada in 2022. Whether he’s behind the line or prepping for service, he’s all about staying cool under pressure and letting the food do the talking.

If he’s not in the kitchen, there’s a good chance he’s playing ping pong or discovering his next favourite restaurant, all with Stormzy playing in the background.

His best advice? Don’t take anything that happens in the kitchen too personally.
