To provide some insight on Davids experience here are a few of the events he has managed over the years are: Much Music Video Awards 2003 & 2004 (2500 guests), Steelback Grand Prix of Toronto 2007 – serving all private suits and beer tents, McCain’s Food 50th Anniversary Celebration in New Brunswick 2006 (500 guests), OPERA NATION at the Four Seasons Centre 2007 & 2008 (800 guests), CBC’s coverage of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games servicing the Toronto production crew for 20 days straight, and more recently the PAN AM Games in Toronto 2015 (250+guests) daily. David Mintz Catering ranges from large corporate events to small intimate cocktail parties and everything in between. Whether you are a couple looking to celebrate their engagement or an accounting firm wanting to throw a company holiday dinner, we have the menu and team to deliver an unforgettable experience. DMC is located on the property of Pinewood Studios as the bulk of our business tailors to catering to the film and television industry. Pinewood Café is a small component of DMC, which is located in the main office building on Pinewood Studios. The café provides coffee, breakfast and lunch to the office staff, production & set crews that work at Pinewood. David Mintz Catering is a new company with an experienced face.
