California brought the sunshine… we brought the experience ☀️

For the Visit California Sales Mission, our team designed and produced a pub-style evening that brought together California delegates and Canadian media in a way that felt relaxed, interactive, and memorable.

Think dual pianos. Live trivia hosted by Daryn Jones. A room full of travel storytellers connecting beyond the formal meetings.

Our role? Spatial planning, production, flow, entertainment integration, and making sure every detail supported connection. From the energy in the room to the timing of transitions, it was all intentional.

Because the best industry events don’t just inform. They create moments people talk about long after the last note is played. 🎹✨

As part of the Visit California Sales Mission, our team supported the ex*****on of this winery dinner bringing together California delegates and Canadian media for an evening rooted in connection.

Our focus was on seamless delivery. Guest flow, timing between courses, vendor coordination, onsite oversight, and ensuring every attendee experience felt smooth and intentional from arrival to final toast.

When done well, it feels effortless. But that ease is built on thoughtful planning and precision behind the scenes.

This activation was all about giving every guest their own moment with the brand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We designed the space to feel intimate but still playful. Small enough that it felt personal. Structured enough that everyone had time and space to engage. Each attendee created their own custom design on top of their coffee, turning a simple cup into something uniquely theirs.

And that’s the point.

When we think about brand experiences, we’re not just thinking about aesthetics. We’re thinking about memory. What will they take with them after the event is over? What will they photograph, share, and smile about later?

This event experience was designed with intentional flow at its core.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We needed a space that could support two distinct engagement moments without feeling disconnected. Education and creativity. Learning and play.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So we approached the layout with that balance in mind.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We styled two harvest tablescapes where guests could sit, eat, and fully lean into the coffee bean experience. This is where our lead creator guided attendees through three different bean types, creating a moment that felt intimate and conversational rather than staged.

From there, we anchored the second activation around the venue’s large built-in table, which became the focal point for latte art and creative pours. It introduced more movement, more energy, and a different rhythm to the room.

Rather than bringing in unnecessary builds, we worked with what the venue already offered. The room was laid out thoughtfully so transitions felt natural and the flow made sense. No traffic jams. No awkward pockets. Just clear zones with purpose.

The goal was to create a cozy, intimate environment where content felt natural and the product wasn’t fighting for attention. Warm lighting. Soft textures. Tight guest count. Thoughtful layout. Every design decision was made to support real engagement.

When you’re producing for creators, the space matters. If it feels forced, the content feels forced. So we built something that felt like a slow morning at home. Comfortable. Inviting. Easy.

Okayyyy this one deserves a moment ✨

So proud of this install we produced for Effie Global 🌍

We brought their 10 proven case studies to life through a custom digital interactive experience paired with a physical tree installation that literally showcased each story. The goal was to make strategy feel tangible. Not just something you read on a slide, but something you walk through, explore, and connect with.

Guests could tap through the work, dive into the insights, and then physically experience the cases displayed throughout the tree structure. Digital meets dimensional. Ideas rooted in impact. 🌳

This is the kind of work I love. Taking award-winning thinking and translating it into an environment people can feel.

While the overall event featured an incredible main stage and live art moments, our focus was on designing and producing a dedicated activation space that felt intentional, aligned, and strategically integrated into the attendee journey.

When we approach conference activations, we think beyond footprint.

How does this add value to the audience?
How does it complement the programming, not compete with it?
How does it spark meaningful interaction?

One of my favourite moments from RESTaurant was the hanging ingredient installation 🌿✨

We suspended the ingredients featured in the dishes overhead, turning surplus produce into art and education. Each one included quick stats on food waste and simple tips to maximize leftovers at home.

Guests didn’t just eat the story. They looked up and learned it.

Beautiful, intentional, and rooted in impact.

Having at the heart of the RESTaurant experience was everything. He didn’t just cook, he told a story through food. Taking rescued ingredients and transforming them into dishes people genuinely craved? That’s the magic.

Our role was to build the environment that allowed that magic to land. From flow and guest experience to production, timing, signage, and making sure every detail supported the sustainability narrative, this one was about intention. Every touchpoint needed to reinforce the message.
