I finally tried the viral “mochi” hack everyone has been making, and honestly… I get the hype.

Rice paper wraps + Greek yogurt + fresh fruit, then into the freezer for 30 minutes. I made one with juicy mango and one with frozen blueberries, and both turned into the perfect cold, chewy, creamy summer snack.

Simple ingredients, high protein, naturally sweet, and surprisingly satisfying.

Would you try the mango or blueberry first?

Today was all about beautiful weather, behind-the-scenes moments, and making sure great food never goes to waste. One thing that’s really important to us at Cured is striving for as close to zero food waste as possible, which is why we love working with — an organization that helps redirect surplus food to people and communities who need it most.
