TMAC, as an organization, isn't interested in returning to 32 Lisgar. But many of its members, including Gamma Space, would love to be acknowledged for developing a business and governance model that opened up the purpose-built community benefit to the widest range of people while we were in it.
It's insulting that the City of Toronto is asking people "dream big" when they chased the dream away.
