A personal note from us at Handlebar!

Today is .ca’s last shift with us. Since coming back from lockdown in a new iteration, H has put the “H” in Handlebar. Her hard work, integrity, and commitment to safe spaces is remarkable. Seriously, you’ll never know what she has put herself in front of for the sake of her people and community.

She’s also created .hardlyknowher and Shuck and Shake - much loved dates on the Handlebar calendar. AND - let’s not forget - a presence behind the bar that knows how to have a good time!

Good luck with the next chapter, H! We wouldn’t be who we are without you, and we love you!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely ALL of this is happening at our place this week! And on a personal note from us, it’s also .ca’s last week at Handlebar. H has been with us since we first opened up again after the lockdowns, and has put so much of herself into our space. Her loyalty, commitment, and presence will be sorely missed. We wouldn’t be us without her! 💜
