The most fairytale of fairytale weddings!
A castle, beautiful backdrop, rainbows, dragonflies and a unicorn! This was the magical union between Adam and Nicole.
reached out to me about a couple from California that had booked the castle for their special day, and they both needed something special to say “I do” in.
Nicole wanted a romantic lace gown with a 6’ long train, delicate flowers, a hint of sparkle, and a long cathedral veil with climbing vines and flowers. Adam envisioned a textured white jacquard 3-pc suit with touches of blue, to perfectly coordinate with Nicole and fit the theme of rainbows and unicorns. Together, they wanted touches of dragonflies in their looks to represent their late fathers.
We first met on zoom, as they were in LA and I was in Toronto. Through the magic of technology and the online process, we collaborated on the designs for their individual garments. Once they were constructed, we met in London 2 days before their wedding for them to try on their pieces for the very first time. With a few minor adjustments, we achieved the perfect fit!
The day came, and it was a magical love fest! Adam and Nicole rode off into the sunset on their unicorn, and they both lived happily ever after!
