🇮🇹Italian Wine Series Part ✌️🍷

🍇 AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA (Veneto)

🤩Today's Fun Fact: Amarone grapes are literally air-dried for 3+ months using the appassimento technique — losing up to 40% water and concentrating sugar, tannins, and flavor.
You’re basically drinking liquid raisins, spice, and velvet! But super delicious when it is greatly crafted

💁‍♀️Pro Tip: Choose a wonderful balanced Amarone Della Valpolicella for example so you can really feel their elegance, precise style🥰

😲Another fun fact: Historically, Amarone was an “accident.” It started when a Recioto sweet wine was left to ferment too long… and turned dry.
Winemakers called it “the great bitter” → Amarone..
