An elevated experience, brought to life across three cities.

Galderma trusted us to design and produce the GAIN Roadshow in Toronto, Montreal, and Calgary, an educational gathering for the aesthetic community, reimagined as a fully immersive brand experience.

Soft drapery, sculptural florals, and a palette inspired by the Galderma brand set the tone in every city. Dedicated activations for ALASTIN, Sculptra, Dysport, and Restylane, alongside the interactive Galderma FACE App experience, invited guests to explore and learn, guided by an incredible roster of speakers across all three cities.

Even the food and beverage was curated to reflect each brand’s values and key ingredients. Education, networking, and brand immersion, cohesive, considered, and unforgettable from Toronto to Calgary.

One year ago, Alicia and Connor said “I do” in Newport, and we’re still not over it.

Revisiting this one never gets old. From the start, we wanted the day to belong to where it stood. Newport carries a certain gilded-age grandeur, the historic mansions, the classical statuary, the art brought over from Europe, and we set out to build a celebration that lived inside that world rather than beside it.

That thinking ran through every detail. For the seating chart, we sourced artwork of Newport’s mansions so each table carried the name of a landmark with its own place in the seaside city’s history. The champagne moment took its cue from the statues standing in the mansion gardens, a direct nod to the city around us. Every choice was a way to draw everyone deeper into Newport itself.

It’s a privilege to look back on a day we were so honoured to design.

One of the greatest privileges of our work is returning to our clients’ stories time and time again. When our long-time clients came to us for this next chapter, we knew we wanted to create something that felt like a natural continuation of the settings and stories that have shaped so many of their celebrations over the years.

Inspired by some of Slim Aarons’ most iconic poolside photographs, we recreated several of the moments that first inspired the mood board, bringing that same sense of glamour, leisure, and effortless ease to the day.

Knowing the couple wanted the reveal to feel completely authentic, we worked alongside a stylist Bárbara💭 to prepare wardrobe options in both palettes ahead of time, keeping every look hidden until after the envelope was opened. The moment they learned they were having a baby girl, all of their looks were ready and waiting for them.

We carried that same intention through every detail, from the poolside setting and photography to the event design itself, working hand in hand with the Palm House team and our incredible vendor partners Palm Beach & Nashville | Film Photographer Gina Simone to bring the vision to life.

Our clients came to us with a simple request: they wanted to learn the gender of their baby together before sharing the news with anyone else.

What followed was a styled shoot we conceptualized from the ground up, drawing inspiration from Palm Beach and the effortless sophistication of Slim Aarons’ world. Every detail was designed to feel elevated yet relaxed, creating a concept that reflected both the significance of the occasion and the couple at its centre.

It began in a private suite, designed down to the last detail, where they opened a custom illustrated envelope revealing the gender of their baby for the very first time. No guests. No public reveal. Just the two of them, a thoughtfully designed setting, and a commissioned keepsake card to hold onto long after the day. We wanted this first moment to feel intimate and unhurried, with the focus entirely on them.

Designing milestones like this is exactly why we do what we do. Every element imagined and built by us, so our clients can simply be present in the moments that matter most.

A carnival, in her honour.

For Tracey’s 60th, we transformed the Fairmont Royal York into a world of red-and-white striped tents and checkered floors, chandeliers casting light over a dance floor built for the occasion. Tarot, ring toss, slapshot, aerialists overhead. Pizza from the Fire Ring, smoked plates from the Ringmaster’s, a three-tier cake crowned with Tracey herself.

We brought the spectacle of a carnival to life inside one of the city’s most storied ballrooms, a milestone designed at the scale of the woman it celebrated.

An evening unmistakably Italian, and entirely her own.

For Selena’s bachelorette, a private cooking class with her closest friends and the mothers who shaped them all. Gingham aprons tied at the waist, recipes passed shoulder to shoulder, glass in hand.

We brought the vision of a long Italian table to life. Tomato towers as centrepieces, because some details are too beautiful not to lead with. Hand-painted place cards at every seat. Red taper candles burning low. A menu written by hand and a Dirty Martini bar in her honour, Selena’s Way, with Castelvetrano olives, exactly as she likes it.

A celebration designed as a love letter, to the soon to be bride, and to the women around her.
