We believe in offering the best quality florals, gifts and gift baskets. Your gifts are guaranteed fresh because we do not pre-assemble any of our florals or gift baskets. We individually design and arrange them before delivery. Our products are sourced from local independent suppliers whenever possible to ensure our baskets are unique. For deliveries in the GTA and Surrounding Areas, our gifts are hand delivered by local carriers. Any gifts outside of our hand delivery area are shipped by other carriers. Although we always try to meet ongoing demand, sometimes it is necessary to substitute products and containers to fill an order in a timely manner, if certain products are not available for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances we reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value while still ensuring the high quality of the package we create for you.
