Moroccan stuffed eggplant. Made with the spices from my trip to Morocco last year. One has 35 different spices. Made walnut and mushrooms stuffing and topped with roasted red pepper hummus and toasted walnuts 👌🏽🌱

Today's cake order was an epic fail 😭. My cake didn't hold today. Not enough flax egg, so it was falling apart while frosting it. Thank goodness my client was understanding. Sent a partial refund because of mishap. We learn from our mistakes and keep it moving, even though it's killing me inside (the perfectionist in me) 🫠
