There is something special about natural elements like wood, sand, crystals and rock that bring a calm & earthy energy to a wedding.

When we found Jennifer of and saw her hand painted stone designs we were thrilled!

They are perfect to give as favors, customized es**rt cards or use as a paper weight to hold down that marriage license from the summer breeze!

A great DJ wants you to share any and all of your music requests with them so that they can play exactly what you want. Alternatively, they can of course create a custom playlist to fit your vibe. 🎵💗🎶.

Planning your whole playlist? Here’s how to start:
Pre Ceremony- 20+ songs
Ceremony- 5+ songs
Cocktail Hour- 50+ songs
Dinner - 70 + songs
Dancing - 150+ songs

If you want your DJ to take the lead, try sending them 3-5 songs for each of the above categories. You may also want to include a “must play” and “do not play” list.

What is the difference between a VENUE Coordinator and WEDDING Coordinator?

This is definitely one of our most commonly asked question, and it's such an important one!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Venue Coordinators are amazing and extremely knowledgeable about their specific venue. Their focus is on creating a safe and comfortable environment for you and your guests. So much of what they do is managing things behind the scenes, which leaves little time to manage other personal requests like set-up on the day-of. If your venue is small or if you are using a personal home or cottage then chances are you don't have a venue coordinator.

As Month-Of Wedding Coordinators, we are focused on your personal wishes and needs. We begin working with you a month before your wedding to review your plans and get to know you better. On the day-of your event we are executing the designs and plans you worked so hard on. We coordinate timing and vendor needs, help with family/bridal party dynamics, make sure there is a plan B & C, and get hands-on with set-up & tear down. We are the go-to person for vendors and guests so that you can truly enjoy and fully experience your wedding day💓.

You may be thinking..what CAN I plan right now?! Here are some examples of what you can plan during this time to make sure you are moving forward in the right ways.
1. Work on your soundtrack - now is the time to start creating/finalizing your epic playlist !
2. Video chat with vendors who you are interested in. Get to know them and their services better.
3. Your ceremony readings or vows/speeches. Now you have lots of time to plan exactly what you want to say 🙂
