I challenge myself to do hard things because I need to test myself

I need to know what I’m capable of by pushing my boundaries

This is when I feel most alive

I chose to compete in triathlons because I knew it would be challenging and I would have to confront my fears

There were moments when I seriously questioned if I had what it took to finish the swim

And it’s in those moments where you find the gold when you choose to keep going even when you’re afraid

For me, it was overcoming my fear of water. For you, it may be starting your own company, or asking your partner to marry you

We all have our obstacles and blockages that are holding us back from experiencing greatness

And we all have the choice to lean into what’s uncomfortable and scary to discover what’s possible on the other side

This experience taught me many things about myself and what I’m capable of

I hope what I’ve shared inspires you to take on a challenge that will inspire you in the same way
