Canada Book Expo

Canada Book Expo A Multicultural Book Fair in the heart of City of Toronto The idea of hosting a book fair came into fruition when Events View Inc.

organizers back in 1996 hosted a series of book exhibition tours in different cities. In 2015, organizers introduced a new book fair concept: the Diaspora Book Fair. We intend to include authors from every cultural background. The vision for the Diaspora Book Fair, is big and very inclusive. We will include Canadian and international authors writing on the multicultural experience, and other genre

s, and provide them with a platform to promote their works. Includes e-books/e-readers, magazines, seminars, authors (book signings), and children's books.

Organizers of the Diaspora Book Fair will document the multicultural book fair in its own magazine.

Organizations (businesses and other community supporters) who support the Diaspora Book Fair and its aim to promote multiculturalism, literacy and cultural knowledge-sharing, will be represented in the magazine.

We will also include and welcome the participation of magazine publishers and community newspapers to the Diaspora Book Fair. These are also important and relevant modes of information to promote multiculturalism and cultural knowledge-sharing.

Please view www.diasporabookfair.com for more details.

Much of the reading we do now is online and digitized.

While some readers like to physically hold an actual book/novel, magazine or newspaper in their hands. Many have taken to reading various sorts of materials on mobile devices such as phones, tablets, phablets, and e-readers. Or, on their laptop and desktop computers.

E-books have become a great way to share information, and make learning and/or increasing one's knowledge, easier and more accessible. Regardless of where you are in the world.

Organizers will provide book fair attendees with access to retailers who sell e-books and other mobile reading devices.

Visit www.diasporabookfair.com for more information.

We hope to see you August 8th, 2015 at Mel Lastman Square!
