Anyone else obsessed with these viral healthy recipes? This was surprisingly a good option for breakfast. Try it, mix egg whites with some vanilla and cinnamon and then after it’s baked add some maple syrup and berries and it is a very healthy French toast.

My client came to me to ask for help in planning a challah bake in honour of her daughter’s bat mitzvah. I suggested in order to achieve that communal feeling we have the guests all face each other and my client loved this idea. We elevated the event with custom aprons, custom menus and custom stickers on our to go topping containers. The night ended with an impromptu Horah in the middle of the floor and as far as I can tell this was the perfect way to celebrate this special girl.

An extraordinary bar mitzvah celebration in the home of a 3rd time client. It was such a magical day as the host thoughtfully intertwined the importance of recognizing that during times of happiness we must remember those that are suffering. She incorporated a picture of each of the hostages in the place cards. She also gave out personal gifts from Israel to each guest with 100% proceeds donated back to Israel. The service was led by Avrum from Habonim accompanied by the angelic voice of Kim Doron. It was an intimate and magical celebration. Mazel Tov Charlie. Thank you to for the amazing dinner and for the beautiful tent and furniture rentals.
