This Wednesday’s tasting was all about showcasing Food Stations with bold flavours and vibrant colours. Here’s what we served up:
🌮 Halibut Soft Tacos with baja mayo, pickled cucumber, guac, lime, and a zesty red slaw.
🍗 Crunchy Japanese Hot Honey Chicken with nappa scallion slaw & sesame seaweed salad.
🍜 Indonesian Noodles loaded with chicken, veggies, and a drizzle of flavorful mie goreng sauce.
🍖 Sweet & Sour Baby Back Ribs on ginger sweet potato mash with harissa roasted root veggies.
🐟 Warm Salmon Cake with lemon pesto, champagne-dressed heritage greens & Yukon gold frites.
🥗 Tuna Poke in sesame dressing with crisp sushi rice, seaweed salad, avocado, cucumber, mango, and bean sprouts.
