We love to show off our real brides and their accessories brought to life on their wedding day!

Charlot wanted a veil to perfectly complement her Pnina Tornai (@ pninatornai) gown & the romantic setting of her European destination wedding.

She fell in love with our Bisous veil. Then, she fell in love the hand embroidered floral detail of our Khrysia monogram veil. She didn’t want a monogram, but she did like the idea of more of a statement train on her veil. She wanted to personalize her veil to the last detail as an heirloom - how sweet is that?!

Helping a bride bring her vision to life is our jam, so we created a customized version of our Khrysia veil, with more of a filled in border and shape similar to Bisous. For the train, we eliminated the monogram crest and instead created a statement motif customized with blossoms and beadwork similar to those on the bodice of her gown.

We don’t usually get poetic on here, but when talking to a wedding photographer the other day, they mentioned how much they love when a bride is wearing a veil on their wedding day and how much it elevates their bridal portraits

We asked them what exactly about veils do they feel makes it that way an the answer we got was🤯

They said:

Photos with wedding veils tend to create more lines and texture, which give a dynamic quality to photos

That if a bride drapes a veil over her face or in front of the camera it can give it a soft, romantic, dreamy and ethereal look

The right veils naturally frames the bride’s body and helps draw attention to her in photos

Also, veils invite interactions and movement… whether they're being wrapped around the couple, caught in the wind or being gently held, which can help to create candid and emotional images

And I mean...if we weren’t already in love with veils, this would put us over the top! Veils for the win!
