The same girl who stood behind an empanada stand in Orlando with me, dreaming out loud about life…
is the same woman quietly recording my sets from the back of comedy clubs,
the same partner helping me build something real from the ground up in Toronto,
the same soul who never once asked me to be smaller, safer, or different.
You’ve seen every version of me — the hungry one, the tired one, the scared one, the hopeful one —
and you loved me through all of it.
Not just with words, but with presence, patience, and belief when I didn’t have enough for myself.
This video was taken on our anniversary, and I meant every word I said on that stage.
