This is the Portugal I want to share with you. 🤍🇵🇹

After years of creating and hosting retreats, bringing people together, and crafting unforgettable experiences around the world, I’m so excited to bring more of this magic to Portugal.

I’ve been coming to Portugal for over 20 years, and somehow, every time I’m here, I discover something new.

A hidden beach, a charming little village, a breathtaking view, or a place I never knew existed.

There’s so much magic here.

And now that I call the Algarve home, I get to share it all with you.

Whether you’re dreaming of hosting your own retreat or attending one of mine, I’m here to create a truly transformative experience for you.

More retreats, gatherings, and adventures are coming.

Until then, come explore Portugal with me. 🤍🌊

And if you’ve been dreaming of bringing your community here, DM me PORTUGAL. Let’s create something unforgettable.

What makes you happy? 🤍

For me, happiness is found in creating, connecting, bringing people together, sharing music, and experiencing life to its fullest.

Music has taken me around the world, introduced me to incredible people, and opened doors I never could have imagined.

And somehow, I know this is just the beginning.

I’d love to know, what makes YOU happy? 🤍

Have you ever experienced a sound bath?

It’s simple. Lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and receive the sound, allowing the vibrations to wash over your body and gently guide you into a state of deep rest.

Through voice, crystal bowls and live instruments, I create layers of sound that invite you to slow down, soften and settle into stillness.

After years of creating sound experiences around the world, I’m so happy to now be offering them here in the Algarve. 🌊🤍

Available for yoga studios, retreats, hotels, private groups and corporate wellness experiences.

Ever since experiencing .festival, many of my views on music have changed.

I’m mainly left with this feeling of wanting to surround myself with medicine music. 🤎 I felt so much healing being surrounded by medicine music from dawn until dusk.

Since leaving the festival, I learnt many medicines songs and dove more deeply into my own medicine music. This has been such a beautiful journey these past few weeks.

Thank you to those who are following along.
Thank you to those who have been with me for so long.
And thank you for your conscious support.

So much love to everyone. 🤍🪶

Retreats in the Algarve, Portugal 🇵🇹 ☀️
February through June 2027.

Maybe Portugal has been calling you for a reason. 🌊

To slow down.
To breathe deeper.
To step away from the noise.
To reconnect with your body, your voice, your heart and the parts of yourself that have been waiting for space.

From February through June, I’ll be creating unforgettable retreat experiences here in the Algarve, rooted in nature, connection, movement, sound, ceremony and deep rest.

I’ve been coming to Portugal for 20 years and know some of the Algarve’s most incredible places, people and experiences. I know my way around, can communicate in Portuguese, and have the local connections to create experiences that go far beyond the typical tourist path.

Try something different this year.
Say yes to something new.
Come for the adventure of a lifetime.
Come for a transformative experience.

Ocean. Cliffs. Sun. Wild spaces. Exceptional food. Beautiful places. Carefully selected facilitators and experiences. And room to simply be.

Whether you’re looking to join a retreat, come with a small group, or bring your own community to Portugal, I’m here on the ground in the Algarve creating experiences that are carefully curated from beginning to end.

Come to the Algarve. 🤍🌊🩵

It’s been a while since I’ve sung professionally in front of people or recorded music, and I miss it.

These past two months have been so full. Moving to a new country, finding a home, creating a new life and figuring out so many things along the way. My music simply hasn’t had the time or space it deserves.

But I can feel that changing.

I’m really looking forward to these next few weeks, to slowing down, going inward and creating again from a very deep place. 🕯️

There is sooooo much music inside of me that is ready to come through. 🤍

This clip was taken from a beautiful gathering at Rose Degiorgio | Psychic Medium . Thank you, Rose for having me and for this beautiful collaboration. 🤍

We really do live in heaven on Earth. You just need to open your eyes a little wider to see it, open your heart to feel it, and let go of the things that keep you from fully living it.

Heaven is here. 🪶🌿

Going through portals is one of the hardest things we do as humans.

Stepping into the unknown. Letting go of something precious without knowing what is waiting for us on the other side.

This is why practices and self discipline are so important. They give us something to return to when everything around us is changing.

It can be more painful to move through these portals with our eyes wide open, to feel everything rather than escape or distract ourselves. But there is something powerful about staying present through it all.

Stay connected to your practices. Stay connected to Source. Trust what you cannot yet see.

Keep going. Go through the portal. I believe in you.
