Kicking off our 2026 season the ASE way ✨

On Friday, we gathered at the beautiful for our annual team retreat and training. A day dedicated to elevating every detail behind the scenes so our clients feel it on their wedding day.

We started with a floral workshop with (because understanding design at every level matters), moved into menswear styling with to ensure our grooms look just as sharp and intentional, and dove into bridal wear with the ladies from to discuss everything from fabrics and fit to stain management and veil placement.

We wrapped with what matters most: refining communication standards and aligning on how we show up for our clients with excellence, care, and calm professionalism.

Because at ASE, it’s never just about executing an event .. it’s about delivering a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.

Over here laying the foundation for our most elevated season yet.

With our first three weddings just a couple of months away, we’re focused on intentional preparation:

- Aligning our team, refining our processes, and investing in training through an upcoming team retreat designed to elevate every client experience.
- We’re also 2026 travel planning so we can visit and connect with venues and creative partners that reflect the level of excellence our clients trust us to deliver.
- Next month, we’ll be launching our blog. A space where we’ll share thoughtful guidance, design insight, and a closer look at the standards behind our work. ✨

My name is Amanda Simplice, the Founder and Lead Planner of Amanda Simplice Events and here’s a little about me so you know who’s behind all the magic:

1. I make weddings and events feel effortlessly refined – Gorgeous, timeless, and totally you, without the overwhelm or stress.

2. I’m a wife and mom of three – and contrary to what seems trendy online in terms of blending the personal and professional. I keep my personal life private on purpose but my family is the main reason why I do what I do. Walking the walk, not just talking the talk so I can lead by example.

3. I see the beauty in every detail – From flowers to tablescapes to the tiniest guest moment, nothing is accidental.
