If you enjoy planning all the details with your significant other consulting is definitely the way to go! Having a consultant on hand can help with your road blocks or organizational issues, such as but not limited to seating charts, difficulty organizing your bridal party, bridal shower details, rehearsal dinner details, difficulty choosing a reliable vendor, budgeting and how to make your day truly unique. Investment is based on number of consultations needed throughout the process. Day of Coordination
As we are All About the Detailz, we do like to cater to your needs and want, but our services do have a base standard. These include:
(1) Meeting one-month prior to organize all vendors, purchases, timelines, Emergency contact list, agenda details. (2) Designing a timeline to suit your needs. (3) Contacting all vendors one-month prior, confirming all details with vendors’ two weeks prior, sending a confirmation email or calling the vendors directly the day before to confirm timing. (4) The coordinator being present at ceremony rehearsal and organizing the whole rehearsal. (5) Present on your BIG from sunrise until the end of dinner! All About the Detailz is with you from your Engagement to your Wedding Reception! This service includes constant contact with your coordinator and help with any needs. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
(1) Budget decisions
(2) Wedding planning timeline
(3) Venue Selection – Including choices to suit your needs and visiting venues with the couple
(4) Researching, suggestions and setting up meeting with vendors (approximately 110-150 hours of research)
(5) Ceremony selection
(6) Vendor selections
(7) Theme Design
(8) The coordinator is available for any questions including proper wedding etiquette, seating chart details, sourcing unique items for your wedding, bridesmaid dress help, colour theme help, etc. (9) Wedding Day Timeline/Agenda
(10) Attend/Manage Wedding Rehearsal
(11) Direct the entire Wedding Day, prior to commencement to the end of the meal
