For years in Toronto, I was living at full speed — working as cabin crew in the demanding world of aviation while constantly navigating change, pressure and burnout.

Eventually, my body and my spirit told me: something has to change.

So I chose myself.

I left the corporate aviation world behind and moved to Setúbal, Portugal, to slow down, reconnect and create a life rooted in intention.

With 15+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality and events, I knew how to create exceptional experiences.

But Portugal taught me how to put soul into them.

And that’s how Soul e Sabor was born.
