Hats off to our third wedding season! 21 weddings accompanied with multiple catering events we are overjoyed and beyond grateful for the community support as we continue to grow through the food and beverage industry in Timmins! We cannot do any of this without you, but most importantly, our amazing staff. John Bouchard hats off to you as our amazing executive chef at our kitchen on Cedar Street feeding men on a daily basis breakfast lunch, and dinner! Melanie Katelynn our front of house coordinator, crushing and executing plates and service like a champion. Lynn Wright my number one volunteer who we would call our right hand man. Utsav Patel & Pandey .. shout out to you guys for holding down The Shop at Ribino’s while we were away Catering…shoutout to ashton alex Xander Mia Hailey Hailey L, Sarah , Alexis, and Katelin, Denise, Kaydence, Tina, KoDi, Rick(grill master) our amazing serving & cooking staff who show up to represent us in the best way! …Dixit Patel from Your Choice Culinary look at you go ! Thanks for taking on many weddings and events on top of your own growing business! To Sherry Wittman, mom, thank you for being the best sous chef in northern Ontario:) …putting all of our asses in gear to be the best we can be! Mount Jamieson Resort cannot express our gratitude for having us as your in house wedding caterers… it’s in order to be a part of one of the best venues in Timmins! can’t forget to mention the amazing Hannah from WEDDINGS BY HANNAH for helping us with all of the consultations and endless emails to ensure our clients have the BEST experience..
