Lots of shrimp, homemade tomato sauce, spinach , arugula, Parmesan, olive oil all tossed together with Spaghetti and topped with more Parmesan, fresh parsley and fresh cracked pepper.

Salmon, Beef ( norpac 🐂❤️), roasted zucchini, peppers, onions, mushrooms , my homemade Romanian sausages ( Meech), a couple of sauces (Chimichurri & Lemon Dill Horseradish Sauce)

I made this for a client who wanted something vegetarian 🌱

Greek boureki !
A delicious, traditional baked casserole from the island of Crete.
It features layers of potatoes, zucchini, and rich cheese (Mizithra)
I cannot get Mizithra in Canada so I substituted with goat cheese and feta.

This is often made crustless or topped with a simple rustic sheet of dough, it highlights fresh summer vegetables bound together with olive oil, mint, and creamy dairy. 🤤
