LOOKING FOR A "CHEF" GIVE AWAY!!!

We are opening a new space and will be the city's first whole animal butcher shop. Over the years we have made many relationships with the farmers of the North and want to introduce their amazing products in our new shop. We will have local fresh cuts of meat, charcuterie, and the new chef will have the freedom to create plates and boards in our space.

To help us find our new Chef, we are giving away $150 of product at our new space when it opens in March. Let's genearte some hype and share the post to all your instagram friends. If you know of anyone who might be a good fit for our team, let them know.

We are the FARMER - BUTCHER - CHARCUTIER

Red Seal Certification is preferred, however previous experience will be taken into consideration.

This is not an entry level position.

Being resilient has not been a choice. It has been a matter of survival. Thunder Bay has a deep roster of entrepreneurs that are willing to do whatever it takes to get through this.

Westfort Productions captured the raw emotion of three of the many local business's battling through the storm. Here is the video they produced recognizing the efforts of Loch Lomond Ski Area, Art in Motion & CharKuu 102.

A huge shout out goes to Bryan and Matt of Westfort Productions for bringing us in on this project. We can't thank them enough, along wiht all the support and generosity from other local business's.
