A New Chapter

After September 20th, I will no longer be taking on new event clients.

This is something I’ve been sitting with for a while, and honestly, it feels a little emotional to write.

I started this business shortly after becoming a stay at home mom, following a 10 year career. I jumped into it almost immediately, and at the time, I think I needed something new to pour myself into. It gave me a creative outlet, a sense of purpose, and so many opportunities to create beautiful things for other people’s special moments.

But I’ve changed a lot since then.

Taking this summer off gave me something I didn’t realize I needed so badly: time. Time at home. Time with my family. Time outside. Time to slow down. Time to remember that I don’t actually want every season of life to be full.

And somewhere in that quiet, I realized I want more of that.

More simplicity. More space. More time for the things that matter to me outside of work.

So, after my final event on September 20th, I’ll be stepping away from taking on traditional event clients.

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who trusted me with their celebrations, every order, every setup, every late night, every creative idea, and every lesson this business gave me. I’m proud of what I built, but I’m even more grateful for what building it taught me about myself.

That doesn’t necessarily mean this is goodbye FOREVER 😉🤍

I have a few ideas about what this could look like in a different season, something smaller, more intentional, and much more aligned with the life I want to create.

For now, I’m choosing a little more life, and a little less business.

And honestly? It feels really good.
