As we transition into fall, join me for a calming evening beneath the Harvest Full Moon , a beautiful time to slow down, reflect, release what no longer feels aligned, and create space for the season ahead.

You’ll be guided through meditation and a deeply restorative soundbath with crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, allowing you to simply lie down, receive, and rest. 🤍

Begin your experience with a handcrafted cacao heart — a grounding, heart-opening ritual to set an intention and deepen your connection to the experience.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra cushioning. Please bring a pillow and blanket for maximum comfort, as you’ll be lying down for the soundbath.
