The K.I.S.S rule is the best way to approach your diet. 

We always say 'changing your weight is SIMPLE, but habit changes are never 'easy'.' Here is the secret...WHOLE FOODS ONLY (coffee, a bean with water added, still a whole food). Before you count your macros, before you consider a fad diet and before you starve yourself, switch to a diet composed of strictly whole foods. Very simple idea but to most people, difficult in application.

Feeling those winter blues creep in? It might be Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and what you eat can be a powerful tool to help manage it!

Instead of reaching for sugary comfort foods that lead to a crash, try nourishing your brain with these mood-boosting nutrients:

* ☀️ Vitamin D-Rich Foods: Since sunlight is scarce, stock up on fatty fish (like salmon), egg yolks, and fortified dairy/milks. Vitamin D supports serotonin production, our "feel-good" hormone.

* 🧠 Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Found in walnuts, flaxseeds, and fatty fish. These are essential for brain health and may help stabilize mood.
