A little booking update from Events by MJ ✨

As we head into a busy fall season, October availability is becoming very limited.

To allow for thoughtful planning, sourcing and all of the little details that make each celebration unique, we kindly recommend booking a minimum of 2+ weeks in advance whenever possible.

If you have a special celebration in mind for the remainder of 2026, we encourage you to reach out early and save your date.

From the moment Dolores Pucci shared her vision for Matia’s Beary First Birthday, I fell in love with this Ralph Lauren-inspired theme. 🧸🤍

I had so much fun making it uniquely Events by MJ — from the rich navy, forest green and soft blue palette to the touches of gold, greenery and the sweetest bear detail. The tartan backdrop paired with the crisp white lettering brought everything together perfectly, and this may just be one of my favourite colour palettes yet. ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Dolores for trusting me with such a special milestone, and to her sister for the beautiful referral. There’s truly no greater compliment than having one celebration lead to another. 🤍

When a friend asks you to create something special for her little boy, you pour a little extra love into every detail. I knew it had to be full of colour, adventure, and a little bit of magic.

From custom character cutouts to a personalized backdrop, this Pokémon setup was created with one goal in mind: the look on a child’s face when they see something created just for them.

Because at the end of the day, it has never been about balloons or backdrops.
