The End Of A Wonderful Career!
Last Saturday, July 19 2025, marked the last party I performed as a disc jockey. After 50 years, I have decided to retire from the DJ business!
Beginning in 1975, I played the music at a sock-hop for students at the Faculty Of Education (University Of Toronto). This was followed by hundreds and hundreds of other parties throughout the decades. It has been a wonderful ride.
I feel honoured that I was able to create, in particular,
lasting memories for hundreds of bride and grooms at their wedding receptions over the years in the G.T.A. and, more recently, in South-Western Ontario.
Thanks go out to my family for supporting me throughout these 50 years and to my many customers who valued my services. Keep rockin'!

I received this wonderful email today from Jacqueline Carter & Nick Shultz whose wedding I DJ'd at on August 11.

Hi Brock,

We are just getting back to the everyday routine now and I thought it was about time to respond to your email. Thank you for everything you did on our wedding day and leading up to it!
When reminiscing about the wedding, Nick and I honestly still cannot believe that the dance floor was packed until the very end of the evening! Judging by our crowd, we both expected the party to end early and the dance floor to be empty most of the night. We are in absolute shock and thrilled by the outcome! You were able to gauge the musical tastes of the crowd and I know your request station was greatly appreciated also. It was a great mix of genres all throughout the evening and we cannot thank you enough for that! Everyone had a blast. We had many compliments throughout the night that the "older" generation loved the music because it was what they could dance to and others saying that they haven't danced like that in ages.

We will absolutely be referring you to anyone requiring DJ services in the future. I have already written a small recommendation on the KW Wedding Swap & Sell page but if there is anywhere else more specific to you, that you feel a recommendation would benefit your business, please let us know and we would be happy to write one!
