Winners 2019 Stony Plain Award of Creative Excellence. We started out with the idea of hosting just a single concert. We had the idea to singer, Johnny Reid, in Spruce Grove. And we did. We followed that with George Canyon in St. Albert, Prairie Oyster and Charlie Major back in Spruce Grove. All were learning experiences. We took what we learned and came back, rebranded and refocused. That's how we, have perfected the house concert. We continued to learn from every artist that has graced our stage. Evolution and adaptation are signs of growth and learning. It was discussion with a band that made us realize it was time to evolve. Though that discussion continues in various forms, we decided to push forward. We now book from a small roster of local artists and have the contacts to provide national and even international artists for your event with The Tavern House Concerts. Management Clients

We are honored to let of you know that DRC Music has been nominated for the 2026 Town of Stony Plain Award of Creative Excellence, to be presented at the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber of Commerce Gala on Oct 15... Finalists will be announced that evening. Happy to say Taelore Matthews-Schwartz and Buck Matthews will be in attendance.

Some of you know or have heard us speak of our daughter, Taelore or Puppy One, lol. About a year ago she left her position with the world's largest coffee house. She wasn't out of work long.

In quick order she met two amazing women who took to her and believed she could be a part of something special. Taelore was involved in their vision from Day One, design, construction, opening and daily operations. They are Kickstand Drinks on Ellerslie Road in Edmonton.

Now, less than a year later, it has just been shared that Kickstand is growing... growing out to Parkland County, Spruce Grove specifically.

Dirty Sodas are a sweet and very addictive pleasure that we wish we were closer to every day! We at DRC Music recommend dirty sodas and Kickstand Drinks to all our friends. Follow them for opening details and launch date!
