* Premises to be left in the same condition as acquired, and be approved by the Rental Director.
* Any damages will be assessed and paid for by the Lessee prior to release of rental contract.
PLEASE NOTE: Rental Rates include Showing, Opening & Closing of the Hall - $25.00 for additional viewings.

MANDATORY requirement when renting any Hall in Parkland County:
PARTY ALCOHOL LIABILITY Insurance is additional insurance that covers the Renter from legal action that may be taken, due to Alcohol served at an event held by the person(s) Renting the venue.
In order to serve alcohol during an event at the Manly Community Hall, you will need:
1) a liquor licence and
2) "Party Alcohol Liability insurance" that names the Manly Community Hall as an "additional insured" Party.

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary liquor licence and liability insurance, and must provide copies of these documents to the rental coordinator before getting the keys to the hall. For information on Party Alcohol Liability Insurance (PAL Insurance) please check with YOUR insurance company.

Thank you to everyone for making our Third Annual Show & Shine at Manly Hall a huge success!!! We were super excited to see the lineup of vehicles flocking in!!
We were able to bring together family, friends, and community members, to share a day of sunshine, sweet looking vehicles, hamburgers, hotdogs, freezies, and homemade pies!!
We loved all the stories shared, meeting new people and seeing the support from our family and friends!! ❤️
A huge Thank you to our volunteers and sponsors. Without their support, our event would not be possible.
Can't wait to see everyone next Father's Day, June 21, 2026.
