**Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at the Southeast Event Centre. 🧡**
How is it possible that we're already celebrating another Thanksgiving weekend?
Time has truly flown by here at the Southeast Event Centre. Looking back at last Thanksgiving, it's impossible not to feel overwhelming gratitude. At the top of that list is **you, our community.**
Over the past year, we've welcomed incredible shows and unforgettable moments. ABBA, Cher, the Bee Gees, and even Taylor Swift stopped by. We celebrated Christmas, rang in a New Year unlike any other in the heart of our city, and hosted the Grand Slam of Curling, featuring some of the world's best curlers.
But this place isn't defined by major events alone.
It's also the meetings, conferences, trade shows, ringette games, minor hockey tournaments, practices, celebrations, and everyday moments that bring people together under one roof.
It's the fans cheering on the Steinbach Pistons and their favourite basketball and volleyball players, the homeschool families filling our SCU Gymnasium with laughter, the Christmas choirs echoing through our atrium, and our walking track members finding not just exercise, but friendship, belonging, and sometimes family.
We're thankful to those who have generously contributed to this Centre's history. We're grateful to our sponsors and advertisers who have helped us move from surviving to thriving, and to every staff member who has poured their heart and soul into making this place what it is today and what it will become tomorrow.
And of course, thank you for embracing Forum & Bistro. Whether you've joined us for a casual meal, booked a banquet, or planned a Christmas gathering, your support means the world to us.
Most of all, we're grateful for a place that lives out its purpose every day: **bringing people together like never before.**
