Tuckamore Chamber Music Festival

The Tuckamore Festival offers an outstanding summer chamber music series each August in St. John's NL John's, Newfoundland.

Since 2001, the Tuckamore Festival has offered an inspiring and intensive chamber music program for emerging musicians in historic St. For two weeks, talented pianists and string players perform and attend numerous concerts as well as participate in workshops, open rehearsals, private lessons, coachings, and master classes.

The Tuckamore Festival wrapped up its 25th performance (outside of the regular season) as part of its special 25 for 25 in 25 tours in beautiful Bonavista at the The Garrick Theatre. Here’s some other shots from the faculty trio tour w Duo Concertante and Vernon Regehr from Grand Falls, Gander, Twillingate, and Corner Brook Rotary Arts Centre. Thanks to all the venues and staff that made this tour possible. What a gift to present wonderful music in this stunningly beautiful province!

A huge congratulations to our Young Artist Touring Trio on a successful tour! .santoprete and spent the past week playing in some of the islands most quaint venues, bringing music and magic across NL. Thank you to the many venues and contacts along the way who helped to make this possible.

🌟Tuckamore Travels: 25 for 25 in ’25 – Faculty Artist Trio Tour🌟

The Tuckamore Faculty Trio, comprised of the Duo Concertante (violinist Nancy Dahn and pianist Timothy Steeves) and Vernon Regehr, cello, have played together for almost two decades. These upcoming concerts are certain to move the soul and delight the senses, it will surely be a musical highlight of your summer!

🌟Tuckamore Travels: 25 for 25 in ’25 – Young Artist Trio Tour🌟

The second leg of our 25th anniversary tour is about to begin! Each year, one exceptional Tuckamore Young Artist Trio is selected to tour the province and this summer, we’re thrilled to present violinist Noor Rouhana, cellist Isaac Mailach, and pianist Lisa Santoprete as they bring their talents to the Avalon (and a little beyond!).

🎼Join them as they present works by Bach, Scriabin and Mendelssohn and a new work by the Tuckamore Young Artist composer Nicolas Ma, Through Thick and Thin.
