WE’RE HIRING: Flower Farm Assistant
Do you love being outdoors, working with your hands, and surrounding yourself with beautiful blooms? We’re looking for a Flower Farm Assistant(s) to join our team this season!
About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be helping grow, harvest, and prepare flowers for market and events. Every day is a little different, and you’ll get to be part of the full flower journey. Flower farming is physically demanding. You must be willing to work at pace, and learn quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Planting, & harvesting flowers
• Weeding, watering & crop care
• Processing and bunching blooms
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
• Enjoy physical, outdoor work, and are in great physical shape
• Are reliable and have a strong work ethic
• Have a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Love flowers (experience is a bonus, not required!)
Details
Location: The Garden Path Flowers Farm
Hours: Can be part or full time. Schedule can be flexible, but must be able to work a minimum of 1 4 hour shift per week. Must be willing to work early mornings and/or evenings to avoid the heat of the day.
