today is officially ās last day at fleurescent before she heads off on mat leave + honestlyā¦ we are not okay š„²
how are we supposed to function without our literal diamond in the rough?! our ride-or-die?! the one who just gets it every single time?!
chelsea, your contributions to this business have been nothing short of incredible. from the big, beautiful moments to all the behind-the-scenes magic, youāve poured so much into fleurescent + it shows in everything we do. you are truly one of a kind and (selfishly) going to be very hard to replaceā¦ like, weāre not even going to try right now š
but beyond work, chelsea somehow became even more a part of our everyday lifeā¦ by complete chance we ended up living one door apart on the same street š¤
the daily dog walks, the quick chats, the kid chaos, the āsee you in 5 minutes at workāā¦ the 6am event day pickups and 2am drop offsā¦ it all just became part of life. and when junior was born, she stepped in as our on-call support without hesitation - something that means more to our family than we can ever properly put into words.
since recently moving to harrison with her husband to start this next chapter, there has been a very noticeable hole on our street (and in our daily routines) that just hasnāt been filled š„²
as sad as we are, we are also so excited for you. youāre going to be the most amazing mama + this little babe is already so lucky to have you.
thank you for everything youāve brought to our team, our clients + our lives. we love you, we appreciate you beyond words + weāll be counting down the days until you pop back in for visits (or we get to you first to meet baby after earth-side!) š
