Your venue coordinator works for the venue.
Your wedding coordinator works for you.

Venue coordinators typically handle:
• Venue operations
• Catering and bar flow (not always)
• Venue staff
• Property logistics
• In house policies and timelines

Wedding coordinators typically handle:
• Your timeline (I probably built it with you)
• Vendor communication
• Ceremony cueing (We practiced the night before together)
• Family dynamics (I know your parent’s names…)
• Decor setup
• Emergencies
• Keeping the entire day moving smoothly

Both roles matter. But they are not the same role.
