I couldn’t be more proud! Our cut flower club has wrapped up for the year, our members final project was to make an arrangement out of the flowers they have grown. From seed to this!!! I’m not going to lie it almost made me a little emotional with pride, they all did so well, and their arrangements are beautiful. This is a high point. 💐

A fun little personal project from the past week that I can’t help but share! I volunteered my time to source, and create these floral arrangements for a local dairy farmer charity gala. With the help of some trusted assistants we created 24 of these centrepieces, and I couldn’t be happier with how my vision came together! Can I also say, it was absolutely amazing to be able to be there and witness all the organizers hard work come together, and they raised over $187,000 for local hospitals?!?! Holy Cow!

Time for some honesty. Last year/season I dropped the rope here. It’s something I’m not necessarily proud of, but it’s something I have no regrets about. I took the time I needed to be a mom, and do the things that I felt were important. That meant in the time taking a BIG step back from the flowers unexpectedly. But what I have found is I still love doing this, I still love my flowers, I still love sharing my flowers. At the same time, in order to keep this going I need to enjoy myself, and not feel like it’s a chore. So as I dive back in this year, I’m doing only the parts that feel good, and the parts that make me happy. So if that means I don’t get flowers out every day/week 🤷🏼‍♀️ because I started this because I loved it, and I can’t loose sight of that passion. So here I go, diving back into this passion project, with passion, and a little helper who is always going to be my first priority 💕 if you are still here thank you! I can wait to get back to making custom arrangements, and playing around with new varieties and methods of growing!!! Bring on the 2023 growing season 🎉

Exciting things coming this year! *Do you have any kiddos interested in growing flowers, arranging flowers, or just gardening in general? Starting this spring we will be taking part in operating a 4H club in Glengarry County where our members will learn it all! From planning out a garden, to preparing to soil, planting seeds, growing flowers, caring for their plants, and finally arranging flowers, members will have an exciting hands on experience. These bad boys arrived today in preparation for the club. We are SO excited, after a quiet year in 2022, we are looking forward to the year ahead! If you know of interested members have them reach out to myself, or Glengarry 4H directly!!! 🌻🌸🌷

Still here! It’s been a quiet fall over here, taken some time to prioritize our little family. But fear not we spent our day washing trays in preparation for starting more beautiful blooms this winter 🌸🌼🌸 see you all again soon!!!

We had a tragedy today amongst the flowers…. While out scavenging for bugs our sweet Valentina, choked on something and ultimately passed away. We only know this is the case because luckily we were with her. My biggest helpers, and cute sidekicks have unfortunately now been separated. That being said, I know this is a long shot. BUT nevertheless we would love to find either a new companion for our Daisy girl(preferably female), or would be open to sending her to a new happy home because it feels simply too cruel to leave her alone as a lone duck. So if you know of someone who might have another lone duck who would love to roam freely among the flowers and chase bugs to their hearts content please let me know!

It has been a little quiet over here! Things are looking a little different around here this season in the best possible way 🌸 We grew our team by one tiny member just over a week ago and we couldn’t be more excited about it! We are still growing and selling lots of beautiful blooms, and intend to continue to do so. But please note we are a little behind getting a few flowers going and so on, so we may be a touch later than expected with some varieties this summer.
