Join our summer crew at island tarts cafe & catering! ☀️

We are looking for a positive, dependable, and hardworking person to join our back-of-house team in Sooke. If you love staying busy, work well with a team, and have a "can-do" attitude, we want to meet you!

The Details:
* Part-time (2–4 days per week)
* Experience preferred
* Baking experience is a huge plus (especially tarts)
* Handling high-volume orders and daily kitchen flow.
* Morning shifts

🎉 We are THREE today! 🎉

What started as a small dream has grown into something we are incredibly proud of — a warm space filled with coffee, tarts, conversations, incredible customer and their furry friends, and so much support from this amazing community.

Thank you for choosing us, supporting us, and making us part of your daily routines, celebrations, and cozy moments.

And of course, the true backbone of our cafe, our remarkable staff!
🎈Becca and Kait have been with us all this time and they truly helped shape what you see today. Delicious food, drinks and welcoming, friendly vibes!
🎈Milan joined later on and quickly became a man that holds this place together during crazy rushes! Always calm, kind and super fast 💨
🎈Grace and Raven, welcome to the team! We are so happy to have you and can’t wait to see what the summer brings! I guess my planing wasn’t the beast since I don’t have a photo with you 😅 we’ll fix that soon!
Thank you all current and past lovely peeps for your hard work, care, creativity, and the energy you bring every single day. This cafe would not be what it is without you 🫶🏻

This past year was especially meaningful for us, as our family also grew by one very special little member 🩵 A beautiful reminder that while businesses grow, families do too. And it does take some adjusting, learning and always growing.
