Our main focus is on wedding coordination and event planning within Edmonton and surrounding areas. We are certified wedding coordinators through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, and as certified planners, we adhere to the WPIC’s Code of Ethics. We love weddings, and cannot wait to help plan your special day. We strive to make your day memorable, stress-free and cost efficient, all with staying within your desires.

Alanna & Adam’s Wedding day has been amazing! We started planning with them way back in 2024… our first meeting over video chat- aligning up our awake times as we were here and Alanna & Adam were in Australia… 14 hours ahead of us! Can’t believe the big day is here!

Bel Tocco had the opportunity to go to Grand Imperial yesterday for a tasting menu event with J & J and our 2024 couple C & M. We had the best evening catching up! There’s something incredibly special about the journey from “client” to “chosen family.” 💛

Wedding planning is so much more than timelines, décor, and logistics — it’s late-night texts, happy tears, deep belly laughs, and the quiet, meaningful moments in between. Somewhere along the way, the relationship shifts. Walls come down, trust builds, and what starts as a professional partnership becomes a genuine bond.

As promised, here is a glimpse at what the Bel Tocco girls were busy with today! We flipped a beautiful ceremony space into a reception celebration. A little different for us but thanks to the Bride and Groom we had many helpful assistants to transition this beautiful hall into party central! Hugs and kisses to the newly minted Mr & Mrs Lazzer!!!
