🎶 Another Dock Street Days Entertainment Announcement! 🎶

We're so close to releasing the final schedule, but we couldn't wait any longer to share another exciting piece of what's in store for Dock Street Days 2026!

Join us on Saturday evening, July 18, for a fantastic lineup of live musical entertainment:

🎸 Hourglass takes the stage from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM. Known and loved by many here in Shelburne, they're sure to get the evening off to a great start!

🎵 Then, from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM, enjoy The Fog – A Trio of the Unexpected from Digby, NS. Their unique sound and energetic performance are sure to make for an unforgettable night on the waterfront.

We are so excited to announce that, for the third year in a row, we will be welcoming back Nova Foam Parties to Dock St Days!

This event has become a huge hit with families and children, and we can't wait to see the waterfront filled with laughter, music, dancing, and mountains of foam once again. Whether you're jumping into the foam for the first time or returning for another year of fun, this is one Dock St Days activity you won't want to miss!

The foam party is always one of the highlights of the weekend, bringing smiles to participants of all ages and creating some unforgettable memories.

For the past several years, Andrea and Anne have partnered with the Ohio Hall Recreation Centre to help operate the Dock St. Days Beer Tent, raising funds that support both the Robert A. Bower Recreation Field and the Ohio Hall Recreation Centre. Their generosity, dedication, and willingness to give back have made a meaningful impact on our community.

🎉🎶 Dock St Days Entertainment Announcement! 🎶🎉

The Dock St Days lineup is looking fantastic, and we're excited to start sharing some of the great events and entertainment planned for this year's celebration!

Make plans to be in Shelburne on Friday, July 17th for an evening of great music, food, and fun on the waterfront.

Food vendors will be set up throughout the evening, and there will be lots more happening around the waterfront for all ages to enjoy.

🎉 Dock St Days Event Announcement #1! 🎉

We're excited to start announcing some of the events planned for Dock St Days 2026, and we're hoping to release the full schedule by the end of next week!

First up, we're thrilled to announce that the Parade of Lights will once again be lighting up the Shelburne waterfront on Saturday July 18th evening! ✨⛵ We wanted to announce this early to give participants plenty of time to start planning, preparing, and decorating.

The Parade of Lights has become one of the most anticipated events of Dock St Days. Seeing the harbour come alive with beautifully decorated vessels is a magical experience and a highlight of the weekend for many residents and visitors alike. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participates, sponsors, volunteers, and supports this event year after year.

We're also excited to announce this year's cash prizes:

🥇 First Place: $1,000
🥈 Second Place: $750
🥉 Third Place: $500

🎖️ People's Choice Award: $250
Just like last year, the People's Choice winner will select a local charity to receive the $250 donation.

In addition to the cash prizes, there will be many other prizes to be won, thanks to the incredible generosity of local businesses, organizations, and community members.

Last year, we were thrilled to welcome the Annapolis Valley Dance Company to Dock St. Days, where they led some fantastic line dancing lessons that quickly became a crowd favourite! 💃🕺

We're excited to announce that they'll be returning this year — and we'd love your input on what you'd like to see!

✨ Possible dance activities include:
• Salsa by the Sea – a beginner-friendly Latin dance lesson followed by a DJ'd Latin dance party 🌊💃
• Line Dancing – country, pop, Latin, funk, soul, rock, disco, maritime, and more!
• Latin, Line, or Ballroom Dance Performances
