K,C et Fleurs/ K,C & Flowers My name is Eline van der Veen, my husband and I have four great kids Kaleb, Keagan, Elly and Marissa. We milk around 45 cows. it really does sum up my life!

FINALLY the tulips are really ready!

They’ve been super frustrating the last few years so I’m not sure I’ll grow them again!

So grab them while you can!

They’ve giving me lots of stress! Stressing if they’ll be ready for mothersday, so placing tarps on and off them as needed, the last two years they were ready just in time and this year…well some were ready but not many…

One huge week rolled straight into another busy one…

🌷 Decided to make a tulip bridal bouquet! 🌷
I started this past Wednesday and finally finished it this evening. 😬

One of my favourite things about tulips is how alive they feel even after they’re cut — they continue to grow, open and close with the sunlight and warmth, and slowly turn toward the light throughout the day. Every morning the bouquet looked a little different, but it stayed looking fresh and beautiful the entire time I was making it. 🥰

Amazing how lighting can make it look so different! What do you think of it?
