As many of you already know, June was the month for our WILD INITIATIVE.
We chose to support the Sault Area Hospital Foundation - Cancer Care Fund for so many reasons. Cancer has been at the forefront of my life for as long as I can remember. It has affected my family, friends and even my fur babies. Through this, I’ve witnessed the courage and determination that is needed to fight for more time - more time with the people we love. More birthdays, more summers, more ordinary days that we don’t realize are so precious until they aren’t guaranteed.
If our modest contribution can help with access to care, support for a family, or simply a little more time with the people they love, then we’ve already won.
I am so proud to say that with your contributions, we were able to donate $400 directly to the Cancer Care Fund. My hope is to carry the WILD INITIATIVE forward, continuing to find meaningful ways to give back to our community.
