📣 We are looking to expand our local event vendors list!! Please reach out and drop off some business cards or brochures of what you can bring to the table to fulfill all event needs and wants. 🎊

Being an event planner we would like to have recommendations for all. Calling all DJs, Florists, Photographers, Videographers, Bartenders, party supply rentors, Caters, Transportation services, Bakers, Balloon makers, Bounce castles, Custom sign or clothing makers, Venues or anything else that would be helpful to complete event services. We are a full insured company with industrial commercial event tents. We have professional staff tent installers. We have record breaking time set ups.
We can provide a venue space and take down without and trace in a timely manner. We take pride in our work and assure our clients we give as much time to accommodate other vendors with early setups at no extra fee. 🤗

🫣R2R is anxiously waiting for the snow to melt so we can get out the big guns and start getting the products cleaned and organized and ready to goo!! Yesterday's weather was definitely a set back. First day of spring was acting a April's fools day. 😉 OK Mother Nature can we make a deal? How about a deal for the clients? YES!! This is the first wedding R2R planned, coordinated and decorated. The bride and groom of this special day will always be remembered. ♡ Having 14 years experience in this field this was the first wedding in the R2R books when we opened in 2021🎉
Yes it was a little nerve wreaking taking on an event that is as memorable as any wedding is, it went perfectly, it gave us the confidence to keep going! Having clients that put their trust in you for a day that is so important as a wedding is what makes us want it bigger and better then they could ever imagine!

Miss Holly's 1st Birthday party over the weekend. 🩷
This theme came together so beautiful for a perfect day!! We also had the honor to plan, decorate and coordinate her wonderful parents wedding too before her arrival to the wild world!!
