Circles, life is full of them.

When we started this company, I worked for the Metis Nation of Saskatchewan. As a Metis man, I was proud to work for my government. Unfortunately, the dream wasn't what I'd hoped it would be. At the same time, our perogy company was getting more traction. I made a decision to leave mn-s and pursue my own business.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of catering at the Dumont Lodge in Batoche, historical site of the Metis people. Still proud to be Metis, still proud to serve my government in a way that I can.

Did a super fun catering today for an awesome client. Chicken Taco Bar with Corn & Black Bean Salad and Rum Rosettes. Had such a great time whipping this up.

In A Pinch Catering is hosting a Murder Mystery In A Mansion.

You have been summoned to the will reading of late millionaire Rick Rochester where you are in line to inherit a portion of his estates.

We have curated a 3 course fine dining menu of some of Mr. Rochester's favorite dishes by family friend Private Chef Meatball and Mr. Rochester's Private Chef, Sam Cook.

The night will conclude with the will reading and a toast to the commemorate the memory of Mr. Rochester.
