Mudita Media is growing (fast), and we’re looking to add two full-time videographers to our team.
This is a salary-based position focused on social media content creation.
👉 If you also shoot weddings, those are paid on top of your regular salary.
The best part?
Your job is to shoot. That’s it.
We have in-house editors who handle all post-production, so you can focus fully on capturing great content. You’ll be given clear direction and a schedule by our advisor — they’ll tell you where to go, who you’re shooting for, and what’s needed.
Already running your own video company?
No problem — we’re more than happy to work with you.
Just starting out?
That’s cool too. If you’re eager, reliable, and willing to learn, we’re still happy to have the conversation.
What we’re looking for:
• You know how to use a camera in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable shooting short-form, social-first content
• Creative eye > fancy gear
• Outgoing, confident, and good with people
• Able to build real relationships with clients
• Organized, reliable, and ready to move quickly
We mainly shoot on Canon, but if you’re on Sony or Nikon, no judgment — skill matters more than gear.
You’ll be working with 30+ local Saskatoon businesses. Our clients quickly feel like coworkers, and you’ll see many of them every week — personality matters just as much as talent.
What you don’t need:

❌ You don’t need years of film school
✅ You do need to know how to capture moments and create content people actually want to watch
